Dr. James Rethaber
Vice President of technical operations
Dr. James Rethaber provides strategic direction for the Safety, Ergonomics, and Testing departments initiatives, as well as process mapping and streamlining of processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness for internal and external clients. Dr. Rethaber also oversees the onboarding and continuing education initiatives to assist Fit For Work staff with ever-evolving needs of our internal and external clients.
Bethany Gardner
Vice President of Service Development
Bethany Gardner manages several company initiatives geared toward operational and program excellence and company growth. Her experience as a clinician and testing provider, manager of employment testing providers and programs make her well qualified to provide high-quality continuing education instruction.
Anna Gibilisco
Learning and Development Coordinator
Anna Gibilisco oversees the development of personal and professional growth of company’s staff members by facilitating material development for necessary business needs. She provides training for new and existing employees working in the organization and develops content that aligns with company strategic goals.
John Derington
Continuing Education Coodinator
John Derington has helped Fit For Work become approved providers of continuing education units for several healthcare professions and continues to oversee CEU distribution. He has also been working as an injury prevention specialist for Fit For Work since 2019, serving clients in both the manufacturing and mining industries.

Stephanie Carroll
Ergonomic Webinars
Stephanie joined Fit For Work in June of 2020. She has gained experience in the ergonomics department with her 3 ergonomic specialist clients in addition to her onsite prevention clients. She continues being involved in many areas of Fit For Work.
Jason Heinold
Ergonomic webinars
Jason joined FFW in June 2017. He previously worked for a regional hospital in Urbana, IL for 17 years where he managed the performance enhancement programs for athletes, fabricated custom orthotics and did wellness coaching for a manufacturing plant. Jason is an Injury Prevention Specialist, Ergonomics Specialist and Safety Specialist for FFW.
Jenni Berean
Early intervention Webinars
Based in New York, Jenni works with the Fit For Work onsite and ergonomics teams where she supports employee health and safety through proactive, data-driven solutions. Jenni is also a member of the FFW Institute team, contributing to the development of best practices and educational resources across the organization. Jenni has primarily worked with clients in grocery distribution, helping them reduce workplace injuries and improve ergonomic outcomes through tailored interventions and on-site support.
Madison Heitz
Early intervention Webinars
Since joining the company in 2024, Madison has been an active contributor not only in her onsite role but also through her involvement with the Verified Influencer Program, the onboarding team, and as a member of the FFW Institute, where she helps create educational resources to support employee engagement. She is passionate about healthcare, building strong relationships, preventing workplace injuries, and fostering best practices to create safer, healthier, and more productive work environments.
Ed Gilberti
iHElp webinars
Ed went to Northeastern University for Athletic Training (BS, 2003) .He got his CSCS a year later and he is also a USAW L2 Performance Coach. Ed was exposed to the Industrial setting and made the jump to Fit For Work in October 2023 after he spent time at working in PT clinics, University Athletics, and the industrial setting. He is involved in many areas of Fit For Work while serving onsite clients.
